As Sue's house is still being renovated, Alison kindly offered her garden for our April meeting.
As usual, it was lovely to be together again. Sue's books were delectable: a very readable look at land conflict in our complicated country, the prequel/sequel to The Salt Path, a new thriller, and an interesting novel on a future world without books.
As usual there was elegant and tasty food, wine and tea and coffee. We were even joined by a very special guest in a burnished gold fur coat.
